Distance Sales Agreement
DISTANCE SALES CONTRACT
1. Parties This contract is executed electronically between EGE TATİL TURİZM SEYAHAT TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("Seller"), whose details are provided below, and the customer purchasing the service ("Buyer") in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and Distance Contracts Regulation.
2. Subject of the Contract This contract regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of services such as domestic and international tours, hotel accommodations, and entertainment packages purchased by the Buyer through the Seller’s website or other digital platforms.
3. Service Fee and Payment
- The Buyer shall pay the fee for the purchased service using one of the payment methods provided by the Seller.
- After the payment is completed, a confirmation email containing reservation details will be sent to the Buyer.
4. Performance of the Service
- The Seller undertakes to provide the service purchased by the Buyer completely on the dates specified in the contract.
- In cases such as force majeure or insufficient participation, the Seller has the right to cancel the tour or event or change the date. The Buyer will be informed in such situations.
5. Cancellation and Refund Conditions
- In cancellations made 30 days or more before the tour departure date, 100% of the fee is refunded.
- No refund is made for cancellations made within 30 days or less before the tour departure date.
- The Buyer must notify the Seller of the cancellation request in writing through [info@yunanadalar.com].
6. Right of Withdrawal
- The right of withdrawal is not applicable due to the service being tied to a specific date or period in accordance with Article 15 of the Law No. 6502.
- By accepting this contract, the Buyer acknowledges that there is no right of withdrawal.
7. Resolution of Disputes Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized to resolve disputes arising from this contract.
8. Enforcement By making a payment via the website or digital platforms, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this contract.
