'Cancellation and Return Terms'
CANCELLATION AND REFUND TERMS
1. Parties This agreement is executed electronically between EGE TATIL TOURISM TRAVEL TRADE LIMITED COMPANY ("Seller") whose information is provided below and the customer ("Buyer") purchasing the service, under the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
2. Subject of the Agreement This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of services such as domestic and international tours, hotel accommodations, and entertainment packages purchased by the Buyer through the Seller's website or other digital platforms.
3. Service Fee and Payment
- The Buyer will pay the fee for the purchased service using one of the payment methods offered by the Seller.
- After the payment is completed, a confirmation email containing reservation details will be sent to the Buyer.
4. Performance of Service
- The Seller undertakes to deliver the service purchased by the Buyer in complete accordance with the dates specified in the agreement.
- In cases such as force majeure or insufficient participation, the Seller has the right to cancel the tour or event or to reschedule it. The Buyer will be informed in such cases.
5. Cancellation and Refund Terms
- For cancellations made 30 days or more before the tour departure date, 100% of the fee will be refunded.
- No refunds will be made for cancellations made less than 30 days before the tour departure date.
- The Buyer must notify the Seller of the cancellation request in writing through [info@yunanadalar.com].
6. Right of Withdrawal
- The right of withdrawal is not valid due to the service being dependent on a specific date or period, as per Article 15 of Law No. 6502.
- By accepting this agreement, the Buyer acknowledges that there is no right of withdrawal.
7. Dispute Resolution In case of disputes arising from this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized.
8. Enforcement By making a payment through the website or digital platforms, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement.
